Shipping information

We currently ship orders within the European Union.

Orders are shipped using a third-party logistics and delivery service provider.

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer due to courier delays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery service provider, delivery times and handling are subject to the courier’s policies and operating conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier service disruptions,

• weather conditions,

• incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can assist you.

For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply.
Any additional charges required at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
