Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our products, food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure food safety and hygiene.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be offered only in the following cases:

  • the product arrived damaged,

  • the product was defective,

  • an incorrect product was delivered,

  • the product was expired prior to delivery.

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • the order number,

  • clear photos of the product and packaging.

Each case is reviewed individually.

Refund process

If a refund is approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method,

  • refunds are processed within 14 days after confirmation.

If a replacement is approved, a new product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • the product was damaged due to improper storage by the customer,

  • the issue occurred after delivery,

  • the product was opened or consumed,

  • the delivery address provided was incorrect.
